FRUIT AND YO­GHURT SMOOTHIE

It is easy to pre­pare and can be the on-the-go snack.

Ingredient­s

8 fresh mint leaves 2 peeled Kiwi fruit Hand­ful of baby spinach 2 heaped tbsp of chia seeds ½ tbsp yo­ghurt 1 cup wa­ter

Method

In a blender, mix to­gether mint leaves, peeled kiwi, baby spinach, chia seeds, yo­ghurt, and wa­ter. Flavour with honey if you like.
