53 per cent of all so­cial me­dia man­agers are re­luc­tant to ac­tively utilise an­a­lyt­ics to mea­sure the suc­cess of their so­cial me­dia strat­egy. It is an im­por­tant part of the job, and even if only for half an hour ev­ery day, man­agers should study user en­gage­ment sta­tis­tics reg­u­larly. This tells them how con­tent is far­ing on a day-to­day ba­sis, as well as over time.
