SBI Youth For India Fellowship State Bank of India’s fellowship is a thirteenmonth-long programme that enables young students and professionals aged 21-32 to work on rural development projects with experienced NGOs such Barefoot College, Seva Mandir, Chirag and Gram Vikas. It requires selected applicants to stay in rural areas near the project site. The applicants are required to clear an interview round before being selected. The deadline for this year is May 31. Details on youthforindia.org. James Dyson Award 2017 The James Dyson Award is an annual design award run in 23 countries and has come to India for the first time this year. The contest is open to university level students and recent graduates studying product design, industrial design and engineering. A national winner is selected for every country before the final phase where the international winner is chosen. The winner is awarded £30,000 towards the future development of his project. Rotary Peace Fellowship Each year, humanitarian organisation, Rotary International picks 100 young professionals that have demonstrated excellent leadership qualities and commitment to international peace building and offers them fellowships to study at the Rotary Peace Centers across the globe. The fellowship cover tuition fees, travel and boarding costs. The deadline for application is May 31.
