We Are What We Eat Gandhi says that our daily diet that has a ma­jor im­pact on our beauty. “For health­ier skin, one should in­clude food rich in vi­ta­mins, min­er­als, fi­bre and pro­bi­otics.” Gandhi rec­om­mends a healthy mix of whole grains, sea­sonal fruits and veg­eta­bles, es­pe­cially amla and cit­rus fruits, curd, lemon wa­ter, but­ter­milk, co­conut wa­ter, freshly pre­pared soups and juices with con­trolled sugar and salt, for glow­ing skin.
