To take the bore­dom out of work­ing out, they com­bine HIIT with foot tap­ping mu­sic to cre­ate a party at­mos­phere while burn­ing calo­ries.

Trend Spot­ting The trend, they say, is to­wards a lean body rather than bulk. Fit­ness regimes that bal­ance strength, en­durance, car­dio and flex­i­bil­ity are pop­u­lar, so func­tional train­ing, HIIT, zumba and pi­lates are among the most sought af­ter work outs. Also pop­u­lar is spin­ning which com­bines the ad­van­tages of high in­ten­sity car­dio with lower body strength­en­ing with­out im­pact­ing the joints and is said to burn more than 700 calo­ries in an hour.
