Homemade Flavour Mahajan has an extensive menu of ready-toserve individual starters—carb-free lasagna, Thai steamed fish, homemade energy truffles, gluten-free moong dal mini pizzas and beetroot kebabs which are her signature creations. “We are doing lots of mezze, tapas, entrée, salad and sea food starters which people can pick up and eat while socialising,” she says. The platters come adorned with delicate flowers and fragrant mogra. The various bowls are stuck onto the platters and wrapped in cling foil so it’s easy to unwrap and serve.
