Boost your self-confidence

If you are mentally strong, you have the power, conviction and energy to do anything. You can achieve anything and there are no doubts in your mind. I had gone to Amarnath in 2015 when an army official inspired me to take up mountaineering. That touched my heart and within two years, I rose to the challenge.

Be different and stand out

We all have some ability and talent in us but we don’t invest sufficient time in identifying that talent and sometimes don’t know how to identify our strengths. We focus more on others. Self-examine and shift your attention to yourself.

Stop taking failure to heart

You need some amount of criticism because that pushes you to do move forward and meet your target. For instance, when I was climbing Everest, I saw a dead body on way and was going to give up. But that pushed me to go further. Remember, criticism is not always negative; sometimes it is positive. So, trust yourself and success will be yours.
