MINT YOGHURT DIP
Setting time 30 minutes Energy 31 kcal; Carbohydrates 1.8 g; Protein 1.2 g; Fat 2 g; Sugar 1.8 g
Ingredients 4 cup mint leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 3 cups thick yoghurt, 2 green chillies, 2 garlic cloves, 1 and ½ tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp dried mango powder, 1 tsp salt
Method of preparation Put all ingredients in a mixergrinder except yoghurt. Blend in at high speed until smooth chutney is formed. Add yoghurt and mix well. Serve a small bowl per serving of the dip and enjoy.
