MINT YO­GHURT DIP

Set­ting time 30 min­utes En­ergy 31 kcal; Car­bo­hy­drates 1.8 g; Pro­tein 1.2 g; Fat 2 g; Sugar 1.8 g

In­gre­di­ents 4 cup mint leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 3 cups thick yo­ghurt, 2 green chill­ies, 2 gar­lic cloves, 1 and ½ tsp red chilli pow­der, 2 tsp dried mango pow­der, 1 tsp salt

Method of prepa­ra­tion Put all in­gre­di­ents in a mix­er­grinder ex­cept yo­ghurt. Blend in at high speed un­til smooth chut­ney is formed. Add yo­ghurt and mix well. Serve a small bowl per serv­ing of the dip and en­joy.
