chance to closely observe student accommodations and that motivated them to create something similar to cater to the needs of the students in India. Stanza Living has raised nearly US$17 million from investors and is backed by Sequoia Capitals, Accel, Matrix Partners and Alteria Capital. The app-based feedback system ensures timely addressal of the grievances of the residents. With tastefully-designed, fully-furnished rooms, vibrant common spaces for entertainment, healthy meals with a chef-curated menu, Wi-Fi, laundry, housekeeping, 24x7 security and community building activities that help students bond and socialise are some of the services provided to ensure a cost-effective, flexible, reliable and comfortable living. Stanza Living is a full-stack student housing operator, which means end-toend production and operations is managed at each residence with a professionally trained staff.
