The BJP’s Jaya Prada might have lost the 2019 election, but the former actress, defeated in Uttar Pradesh’s Rampur constituency by the Samajwadi Party’s Azam Khan, now has her sights set on the 2024 election. She spends three days a week at her office in Rampur hearing the public’s grievances. She also holds janata darbars and participates in all the BJP’s programmes in the constituency. While there, Jaya Prada is seen visiting a primary school every day to teach students. Any resemblance here to Smriti Irani’s winning campaign in Amethi is purely coincidental.
