The Tata Nexon EV Max comes with a larger battery, more features and improved performance. The battery is 33 per cent larger at 40.5kWh and this allows for an ARAI-certified range of 437km. The motor now produces 143bhp and 250Nm, which results in a quicker 99-second (claimed) sprint to 100kmph from a standstill. The Nexon EV Max comes in two variants—XZ+ and XZ+ Lux—both with the option of adding the 7.2kW fast AC charger to the package or only receiving the standard 3.3kW charger. The 7.2kW charger can juice up the battery in 6.5 hours, and 50kW DC charging can fill the battery up to 80 per cent in 56 minutes. Price `17.74 lakh to `19.24 lakh (ex-showroom)
