The stunning timepiece is a reinterpretation of the Ref. 5374 Grand Complication with a minute repeater and perpetual calendar in an Haute Joaillerie version with a blue-lacquered dial. The watch is adorned with 228 baguette-cut diamonds and 13 baguette-cut sapphires. Inside the 42mm platinum is the self-winding mechanical Calibre R 27 Q equipped with “cathedral” gongs.
