RANKS AND SCORES LAW

Ranking is based on objective data and perceptual survey data

Only those universities that submitted their objective data have been ranked. Universities that did not submit their objective data on time or refused to participate have not been ranked

Only those universities that fulfilled the following criteria were considered eligible for participation in ranking: i. Minimum three batches passed out; ii. Offering full-time postgraduate programme

All scores have been rounded off to one decimal place. This may result in rounding-off errors while adding the parameter-wise score Those universities not ranked during perceptual survey have got 0.0 marks in perceptual score

A few premier technical universities (IIT-Bombay, IIT-Kharagpur, IIT-Gandhinagar & SPA-Delhi) could not submit their data. Hence, they were ranked on the basis of their previously submitted data and current data available in the public domain
