› MAY 11, 2023 The decision of former Maharashtr­a Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari to call for a floor test based on the request of 34 MLAs of the Eknath Shinde faction of Shiv Sena was incorrect. However, the bench refused to restore status quo ante as CM Uddhav Thackeray resigned first and did not face floor test
