JU­BI­LANT FOODWORKS EN­TERS INTO JOINT VEN­TURE WITH GOLDEN HAR­VEST TO LAUNCH DOMINO’S PIZZA IN BANGLADESH

Noida-based Ju­bi­lant FoodWorks Ltd, which has ex­clu­sive rights to op­er­ate and de­velop the Domino’s Pizza in In­dia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal, has re­port­edly signed a JV with Golden Har­vest QSR Ltd of Bangladesh to launch Domino’s Pizza in Bangladesh. Ju­bi­lant FoodWorks cur­rently op­er­ates 1,128 Domino’s Pizza res­tau­rants in In­dia, and in ad­di­tion also op­er­ates lead­ing baked goods and cof­fee chain Dunkin’ Donuts stores in In­dia. Golden Har­vest QSR, on the other hand is an en­tity of the di­ver­si­fied Golden Har­vest Group which is one of Bangladesh’s lead­ing busi­ness groups. As ma­jor­ity stake­holder, Ju­bi­lant FoodWorks will have a 51 per cent hold­ing in the JV, while Golden Har­vest QSR will hold the bal­ance 49 per cent.
