OPD Patient-Call Systems
Medisystems OPD Patient-Call Systems are the ideal solution for queue management in busy crowded OPDs. Their configuration is based upon the number of consulting rooms and waiting areas of the OPD.
The system consists of a Main Display Unit for the waiting area; door display units and desk units for the consulting rooms. The receptionist or cashier can also be connected to this system with additional desk units. The system scrolls all un-answered calls and can also remind for any un-attended calls. A lower programmable display line can carry social or promotional messages for the hospital. Bilingual displays can also be given. The system once installed is userfriendly, cost effective and needs minimal support.
