Another privilege to pen successful Medtech 2.0

Leadership emerging out of dark and demotivating times of pandemic.

This special issue on healthcare leadership coincides with vibrant spirit of Azadi ka 75th Amritosava.

I would like to remind my beloved readers and friends that in March 2020 on the outset of pandemic , undeterred of the fait accompli I launched a coffee table book project with 50 torchbearers of healthcare. In retrospect, I salute the never say die spirit of healthcare leadership. However this issue also reflects future perfect leadership of healthcare.

Amidst all these leadership peaks, I also call upon healthcare leaders and mentors to build international as well as second rung leadership as Indian healthcare's global stakes have been rising high since pandemic times. Both levels of leaderships would enable and consolidate industry's forward and backward strategic integration and market outreach endeavours.

Indian medtech industry is poised to play a leading role in the half a trillion global medtech arena in this decade.
