Puerto Rico CVB Launches ‘Soar & Stay’ Giveaway

The Puerto Rico Convention Bureau has launched ‘Soar and Stay Giveaway’, a new booking incentive for groups choosing Puerto Rico for their meeting or convention. This invites groups to ‘take-off’ to Puerto Rico with one free flight for every one-hundred booked room nights.

The promotion is available to groups with a minimum of 200 room night bookings and is offered to new groups booking between now and December 21st, 2012.

The maximum rebate for air credit is $1000.00 per air ticket. A maximum of 10 tickets with a maximum value of up to $10,000 per booking will be reimbursed. Air rebate will be awarded based upon consumed room nights. If consumed room nights fall below 200 room nights minimum, the group will no longer qualify for the Soar and Stay Giveaway promotion. All billing must be issued by a Puerto Rico Convention Bureau hotel member for the cash rebate sponsorship to be disbursed.

For each hotel property, all dates are subject to availability of rooms and the terms and conditions will vary according to each member hotel property.
