The convenient location of the hotel has played a major role in JW Marriott’s MICE traffic. Nestled between the two terminals at Indira Gandhi International Airport (T1 and T3), complimented with a wider road network, just off the Delhi-Gurgaon highway, the hotel has provided the fourth dimension or what they call the fourth ‘C’ in the conventions industry; C for Connection, besides Convention, Comfort and Convenience. MICE facilities
The hotel has a ballroom spreading across 12,500 sq. ft. with a clear ceiling height of 21 ft. The state-ofthe-art audio-visual installations are equipped with 22 pulleys to maximise on floor space and flexibility. A pre-function area, overlooking the courtyard, can cater to a crowd of 1500–1800 guests. Besides this, the hotel has up to eight additional meeting rooms which act as an extension to the ballroom and 600 on-site car-parking spaces.
