Bengaluru further adds, “The Events team ensures that they have the rooming list available and confirmed seven days prior to arrival. On the basis of the rooming list, rooms are pre-blocked for guests to ensure a smooth check-in on arrival. While allocating rooms, the Events team also takes into considerat­ion, the different category of rooms the guests would occupy and ensure that relevant upgrades are made for senior management who are a part of the delegation. They also make arrangemen­ts for the travel of their guests. Coaches are made available for large groups.” The bottom line for the hotels is the focus on the customers and their experience which will breed customer loyalty.
