Munich Airport received 12 million votes from passengers in a recent poll—making it the third best airport in the world and the first in Europe. In a tête-à-tête with MICEtalk, Corinna Born, Manager, International Media Relations, Munich Airport talks about MICE facilities at the Munich Airport Convention Centre.

Talking about the latest upgrades at the Munich Airport, Born said, “Our goal is not to become the biggest airport but the best.” Indian passengers opt to fly through Munich in large numbers, especially en route to the US. The airport terminals are very conveniently built, instead of spreading out in area, they are built in one row on two floors, dividing Schengen countries and international connections by floors, “This helps passengers with shorter connecting time and helps the airport control passenger traffic,” explains Born.
