She began her career with Fariyas Hotels and Resorts, moving to Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces Mumbai. Previously, D’Silva was associated with Starwood Hotels & Resorts at The Westin Mumbai Garden City as the Director of Sales and Marketing.
