Choose ho­tels that have greater avail­abil­ity and bet­ter space for­mats to host larger groups. Cus­tomised pack­age and a tie-up for a long term on bet­ter rates is the fore­most de­mand. Sec­ond come se­cu­rity and com­fort. Or­gan­is­ers must look for value for money and an ex­otic lo­ca­tion is not nec­es­sar­ily al­ways re­quired.
