MICE tours for us are sponsored tours for dealers, staff, doctors or channel partners; these are people who are not very much into local food at the destination.” Talking about growth prospects of the Outbound MICE segment, he said, “If people do not incentivise what they are selling, there is no way they will achieve their targets, so incentive travel as a market will only grow.”
