Covering Letter:

a) Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorised signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Immigration New Zealand, New Delhi. b) Covering letter on company’s letter head from the company who is sponsoring the trip (signed by the Managing Director/ Regional Director) stating the reason for the incentive tour, proof of reaching goal, tour itinerary, guarantee for covering all expenses and the return back to India before expiry of visa. c) Covering letter from tour operator letter head with naming list.
