Shangri-La Ho­tels and Re­sorts launched the Shangri-La Events Col­lec­tion and Golden Cir­cle Event Plan­ner Re­wards, a loy­alty pro­gramme for meet­ing and travel pro­fes­sion­als. This pro­gramme of­fers meet­ing and travel pro­fes­sion­als and any Golden Cir­cle mem­ber the abil­ity to earn elite sta­tus as well as earn and re­deem points for groups, meet­ings, con­fer­ences and events across the Shangri-La, Kerry and Ho­tel Jen port­fo­lio. This of­fer can be availed by cor­po­rate book­ers, busi­ness travel agents, pro­fes­sional con­fer­ence or­gan­is­ers or in­di­vid­ual book­ers who book meet­ings and events on be­half of his or her em­ploy­ers, clients or oth­ers. Ad­di­tion­ally, travel agents, and pro­fes­sional or free­lance so­cial events or­gan­is­ers are also qual­i­fied to be­come a mem­ber of Golden Cir­cle Pro­gramme. Talk­ing about the pack­age, Alok Chakravart­y, Di­rec­tor of Sales and Mar­ket­ing, Shangri-La’s-Eros Ho­tel, New Delhi, says, “This event plan­ner pack­age is avail­able at all Shangri-La Ho­tels and Re­sorts across the world and now we have two prop­er­ties in In­dia. This also gives an edge to the event plan­ners to trans­fer the credit to our sis­ter ho­tels in­ter­na­tion­ally.” And can it be availed out­side the coun­try of res­i­dence as well, Chakravart­y an­swers, “The points can be re­deemed across Shangri-La Ho­tels and Re­sorts.” Broad­way and Bryant Park, The Knicker­bocker has 7,800 sqft of in­door and out­door space on its St. Cloud rooftop.
