Pass­port: Orig­i­nal Pass­port with va­lid­ity of min­i­mum six months and min­i­mum two blank pages for visa stamp. At­tach all your old pass­ports (if any).

Visa ap­pli­ca­tion form has to be filled on­line by the ap­pli­cant. Fol­low the in­struc­tions to fill the form. Kindly log on to the link given be­low: https://visa.kd­­ti­tionChoice.aspx, af­ter fill­ing the form ap­pli­cant has to take the print­outs and sub­mit to the Em­bassy/Con­sulate. Please Note: Ap­pli­cant has to men­tion his/her res­i­den­tial ad­dress as per men­tioned on the pass­port.

Photo Spec­i­fi­ca­tion: Two re­cent pass­port size pho­to­graphs with matt or semi matt fin­ish, 60%-80% face cov­er­age, white back­ground and with­out bor­der (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Please Note: Pho­to­graph should not be more than three months old, scanned/sta­pled and should not be used in any of the pre­vi­ous visas.

Cov­er­ing Let­ter: Cov­er­ing-Let­ter from ap­pli­cant on busi­ness let­ter head men­tion­ing name, des­ig­na­tion, pass­port num­ber, purpose and du­ra­tion of visit in brief. The let­ter should be duly signed by au­tho­rised sig­na­tory with com­pany stamp and ad­dressed to – The Visa Of­fi­cer, Em­bassy of Rus­sian Fed­er­a­tion, New Delhi.

Tourist con­fir­ma­tion let­ter (in Rus­sian lan­guage) (scanned copy can be sub­mit­ted) stat­ing that the tourist group is go­ing to be hosted by a Rus­sian Or­gan­i­sa­tion which is au­tho­rised to carry out tour op­er­a­tor ac­tiv­i­ties and is reg­is­tered in the Uni­fied Fed­eral Reg­is­ter of Tour Op­er­a­tors un­der a unique ref­er­ence num­ber. It should con­tain all vi­tal data of the tourist group (full name, date of birth, sex, nationalit­y and pass­port num­ber), du­ra­tion of stay (date of en­try and exit), num­ber of en­tries granted by the visa, full ti­tle of the Rus­sian tour op­er­a­tor is­su­ing the in­vi­ta­tion, its unique ref­er­ence num­ber (MVT) and the list of paid tourist ser­vices (trans­port, ac­com­mo­da­tion, ex­cur­sions), per­sonal sig­na­ture of the head of the tour agency to­gether with the or­gan­i­sa­tion’s of­fi­cial seal.
