TMC & ISF WORKERS CLASH, 6 HURT

KOLKATA: A clash broke out between Trinamool Congress (TMC) and Indian Secular Front (ISF) workers at Amdanga in North 24-Parganas on Thursday. Around six persons from both the political parties suffered injuries during the clash. A few TMC workers were sitting outside a shop at Kamdebpur haat in Amdanga. A group of ISF workers allegedly passed objectionable remarks. When the TMC workers protested, the ISF workers allegedly started using abusive words and an altercation broke out leading to a scuffle. The ISF workers allegedly vandalised a few motorcycles. Police detained a few persons.
