Ashutosh, Rahul test positive for COVID-19

Ashutosh Rana revealed that he tested positive for COVID-19. The ‘Raaz’ fame recently shared a detailed post on ‘Facebook’ in Hindi and informed his fans and followers about his current health condition.

As Rana shared the news, he first spoke about the occasion of Navratri and the beginning of the Hindu New Year and said that he is happy to know about the ‘illness’ in his body on such an auspicious occasion. He also advised people to get themselves tested who had come in contact with him.

Rahul Roy, who also confirmed testing positive for the virus, said that his sister Priyanka Roy and brother-in-law Romeer Sen had also contracted the virus.

Taking to ‘Instagram’, he wrote, “Quarantine Day 19. My COVID19 story. My resident floor was sealed on March 27 as a neighbour had got tested positive so as a precautionary measure we all were sealed within flats for 14 days.”

The actor also mentioned, “We had no symptoms at all. We came to know that the same day BMC officials were doing testing for the whole society, so we again did the ‘Antigen’ test and we all were negative.”

“BMC officials came and made me and my family sign isolation forms and sanitised my home. The doctor asked random questions about what my family business is into and all. I do not know what the connection was. He suggested me to get hospitalised, to which I replied ‘We have no symptoms’, so he said ok and suggested to make a chart of oxygen level and take medicines which I am doing since the time I came back from the hospital,” he added.
