AIIMS SEEKS 80% RESIDENTS, FACULTY INVOLVEMENT TO HANDLE 4TH WAVE

NEW DELHI: AIIMS on Wednesday has sought involvement of 80% residents and faculty members for Covid-19 management as need of manpower has increased post the fourth wave in Delhi. In an order signed by

Prof Naveet Wig, Chairperson of Covid-19 task force said, “In view of rising number of Covid patients and the opening of multiple facilities in the hospital, the need of manpower has increased multi-fold. To meet this, as directed by the Director, you are requested to provide 80% of your resident and 80% of your faculty members for the Covid management pool.”
