KOLKATA: Views Exchange Chartered Accountants Study Circle of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India organised a two Day Seminar at Park Hotel, Kolkata on the title "Skilled Chartered Accountants-transforming India"
More than 400 delegates attended the seminar in which Recent amendments proposed by GST Council at Guwahati were discussed threadbare by Jatin Christopher from Bengaluru and Jayesh Gogri from Mumbai.
The new amendments proposed by the Council will have far reaching implication on ease of compliances and doing business as said by experts.

NEW DELHI: Bureau of Energy Efficiency under Union Ministry of Power is organising a Painting Competition on “Energy Conservation” amongst school students across the Country on the November 14, 2017.
Damodar Valley Corporation has been designated as the Nodal Agency for organising the competition in West Bengal in collaboration with the Education Department, Government of West Bengal and West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited. There were more than 1.16 Lacs participants from Classiv to Class-ix in the primary round. On the November 14, 2017, the best 50 entries from each section will take part in the Final State-level Competition at DVC Towers, Headquarters of Damodar Valley Corporation.
