CISF DETECTS 4 GOLD BARS WORTH RS 12L

New Delhi: CISF detected four gold bars weighing about 400 gms worth of approximat­ely Rs 12 lakh from a foreign passenger at around 2:45 pm, during during Pre-embarkatio­n Security Check (PESC) at Security Hold Area of Terminal-3, IGI Airport. The foreign passenger was identity as Jian Zhang (China National), who was supposed to travel to Paro (Bhutan) by Druk Air flight number.kb-20. On inquiry, he could not produce any valid document, said a CISF official. Later, the matter was handed over to customs officials for further legal action.
