The Guinness Book of World Records backs its claim as the most expensive commercially available omelette. The amazing Zillion Dollar Lobster Frittata is featured on the menu at Norma’s restaurant at Le Parker Meridien Hotel, New York. The frittata contains 280 gm caviar and
approximately 0.45 kg lobster which is covered with egg
on a bed of fried potatoes. There’s cream and chives too. For those on a budget, check out the smaller,
less expensive version, the ‘regular frittata’ that costs $100. For the deluxe version of this exotic frittata the caviar alone costs $600.
