Mother & Baby - - BABY & TODDLER -

Just as your toddler will feel out of sorts when she’s transitioning her nap times, so might you! You too will have to shift your routine, and perhaps wave goodbye to a treasured bit of time alone. “It really helps if you focus on the positives of these shifts,” says Lucy. “Fewer naps may free you up to start exploring different baby classes. You are moving towards your baby sleeping well at night. And when the midday nap kicks in, it means your baby will be awake again by 3pm, so if you have older children, you’re free to do the school run. Write down a list of five reasons why this shift is a good one – and stick it on the fridge to remind you!”
