In­gre­di­ents: Ghee : 3 tsp Onion : 1 (finely chopped) Gar­lic : 6 to 7 cloves Cel­ery : ½ cup Pump­kin : 300 g Salt and pep­per : to taste

Method: Chop the onion, cel­ery, pump­kin and keep aside. In a pan, heat the ghee, add onions, gar­lic, and cel­ery and mix well. Add pump­kin and sauté. Pour the veg­e­tale stock and let it sim­mer till it cooks. Grind the mix­ture and sieve it. Heat a pan, add the strained pulp, sea­son with salt and pep­per and serve warm.
