Ingredients: Ghee : 3 tsp Onion : 1 (finely chopped) Garlic : 6 to 7 cloves Celery : ½ cup Pumpkin : 300 g Salt and pepper : to taste
Method: Chop the onion, celery, pumpkin and keep aside. In a pan, heat the ghee, add onions, garlic, and celery and mix well. Add pumpkin and sauté. Pour the vegetale stock and let it simmer till it cooks. Grind the mixture and sieve it. Heat a pan, add the strained pulp, season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
