Full Nutrition Tomato Soup
Ingredients: Tomato : 2 Potato : 1 Beetroot : 1 Carrot : 1 small Butter : 1 tbsp Garlic paste : 1 tsp Salt and pepper : to taste Homemade cream : 1 tbsp
Method: Pressure cook the beetroot, tomato, potato together (peeled and chopped in cubes) till it is 80 to 90 per cent cooked and blend into a fine paste. In a hot pan, add butter and garlic, and saute. Add the blended paste, followed by salt, pepper and some vegetable stock and let it cook for few minutes. After one or two whistles, switch off the flame and serve with fresh cream.
