Full Nutri­tion Tomato Soup

In­gre­di­ents: Tomato : 2 Potato : 1 Beet­root : 1 Car­rot : 1 small But­ter : 1 tbsp Gar­lic paste : 1 tsp Salt and pep­per : to taste Home­made cream : 1 tbsp

Method: Pres­sure cook the beet­root, tomato, potato to­gether (peeled and chopped in cubes) till it is 80 to 90 per cent cooked and blend into a fine paste. In a hot pan, add but­ter and gar­lic, and saute. Add the blended paste, fol­lowed by salt, pep­per and some veg­etable stock and let it cook for few min­utes. After one or two whis­tles, switch off the flame and serve with fresh cream.
