Chicken Clear Soup
Ingredients: Butter : 1 tbsp Chicken (boneless) : minced Onion : 1 (finely chopped) Garlic : 6 cloves (minced) Celery (chopped) : 2 tsp Flour : 1 tbsp Veg Stock : 1 ½ cup Salt and pepper : to taste
Method: In a hot pan, add butter. Once heated, add the chopped garlic, onion, and celery, and let it cook. Add the flour and mix for approximately two minutes on low flame. Add minced chicken, and sauté well. Pour in the vegetable stock. Season with salt and pepper and cook for approximately five minutes.
