To prepare the veg stock you will need
Carrot : 1 medium Celery : 2 stalks Onion : 1 medium Garlic : 6 to 8 cloves Bay leaf : 1 Water : 750 ml
Method: Put all the ingredients in a pot with water. Bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain and use as required.
