Healthy and yummy desserts for your little one
Cashew Serra Dura
Ingredients: Whipped cream – 250 g Sweetened condensed milk – 6 ot 7 tbsp Marie biscuit – 8 to 9 pcs Cashew nut – 20 grms
In a bowl, whip the whipping cream and when it reaches just before the peak stage, add in the condensed milk and vanilla essence and whip. Refrigerate for 10 minute. Powder the biscuit and cashew in a grinder.
Note: You can add banana cut in circles and garnish to kick in some of the healthy fruit into their dessert.
