Av­o­cado Choco­late Mousse

In­gre­di­ents: Fresh cream – 70 g Choco­late semi sweet (melted) – 100 g Av­o­cado – 1 Vanilla essence – 1 tsp Co­coa pow­der -5 g

Method:

Halve the av­o­cado and scoop the flesh into a blender. Add the fresh cream, vanilla essence and co­coa pow­der till it forms a fine paste. Melt the choco­late in a mi­crowave and add it to the mix­ture. Spoon the av­o­cado choco­late mousse into pretty glasses or ramekins. (I’ve used pip­ing bag) Re­frig­er­ate for 30 min­utes be­fore serv­ing. Gar­nish with fresh fruits or just serve it plain, it works per­fectly.

As moth­ers, we want to feed our chil­dren the high­est qual­ity, most nu­tri­tious meals we can. But you won’t see smashed av­o­cado in a baby food jar. Here’s a recipe, which brings in this high­est nutri­tional fruit into our baby’s food plan in the form of a dessert. Av­o­cado con­tains valu­able nu­tri­ents in­clud­ing fo­late, fiber, potas­sium, vi­ta­min E and iron. Here’s my ver­sion of a creamy mousse.
