Lava Z62

Domestic smartphone manufacturer Lava has launched a new smartphone, the Lava Z62 that comes with a dedicated Google Assistant key at Rs 6,060.

Under the hood, the device with 6-inch IPS display and 2.5D curved glass is equipped with a Mediatek quadcore processor clocked at 2.0GHZ. It is backed by a 3,380mah battery unit with AI enhancements for optimising the battery.

The handset comes equipped with 2GB RAM, runs on Android 9 Pie and features 16GB of internal storage.

The smartphone sports 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera with AI studio Mode along with LED Flash. The front camera offers a face unlock feature.

The smartphone allows user to use a variety of apps and features at the click of a button using their voice command and is available in two gradient finishes -- Midnight Blue and Space Blue.

The company has also come up with a unique ‘Throw your TV away’ offer under which consumers can exchange their old TV and get a chance to win a free Lava Z62 smartphone. ■
