Bluei ECHO 3

Overpriced as compared to its features

-

Bluetooth earphones have now become a part of life and it can be seen that this market has become quite competitive too. For small to big players, almost everyone has launched their Bluetooth headsets. Now, another domestic brand has come up with their newly launched wireless neckband.

Bluei has announced ECHO 3 at Rs 1,849 and is claimed to be a lightweight, shockproof and dust residence. We used the neckband for a while and here’s how it performed..

Design

Bluei ECHO 3 is made of plastic and rubber and it is definitely quite handy. It can be folded easily and can be kept in the bag when not in use. But, I found it a little discomfort after putting the buds for more than an hour or so. So , you may need to adjust the headset in a while to keep the discomfort away.

Performance

The company says that the wireless neckband provides an HD sound experience with a full-range speaker on both sides of the neck and has flexible silicone housing for comfort. But honestly, I found the sound quality to be very usual. No idea exactly what HD sound experience they are talking about. However, I call the performance average and not bad. The bass is okay. Using the full volume may cause a little discomfort in your ear, not because the volume is very high but the audio breaks a little while using it in full volume. Moreover, this smart device can resist a sustained, lowpressure water jet spray, so there is no need to worry about bad weather situations, or in case the users accidentally drop their headphones into water basins or sinks, or into puddles. The customers will certainly also enjoy the sports and gaming option.

Battery

In terms of battery life, it is quite good as compared to few other neckbands available in the market. You can enjoy music and make phone calls easily, even when walking, running, or doing a workout. It has an advanced Bluetooth 5.0 that provides a stable connection range up to 10 meters with customers’ Bluetooth devices. It has 200 mah rechargeable battery. On a full charge, it lasted for over a week, which we loved.

Verdict

This neckband is good. But, if you look around, there are a lot of other options available in the market. From Boat to Riversong to Xiaomi, there are a lot of players that have amazing neckbands available with much smoother sound quality and durability at a much cheaper price than this. So, overall, this neckband is definitely overpriced as compared to a lot of other neckbands available online or offline.
