What are the world-class services Harmonizer India is providing to its customers from diverse industries? Harmonizer believes in innovating and consequently helping customers to enhance reliability, sustainability and productivity of the electrical network/

process. Harmonizer India provides worldclass solutions to enhance power quality that is most detrimental for the business loss for industries due to production outage, asset performance issues and higher energy cost. Harmonizer has solutions to enhance

the power factor with the most reliable products, reduce harmonic distortion, reduce voltage sag/swell etc.

Harmonizer India has patented machine learning-based energy and asset performance software “EL-EXI”. The

“el EXI” software has inbuilt machine Learning-based analytics to detect and problems in the electrical network, asses (such as transformers, motors, machines etc), power quality disturbances, energy efficiency, HVAC System, compressed air system, lighting system etc. based on the analytics the customer will get alert with possible reasoning of problem and solution to resolve the same. Harmonizer have intelligent electrical switchboard that will act as an intelligent device based on various sensors on board with machine learning algorithm deployed in server and/ or cloud, that can be visualised through the mobile app.

Apart from above, we have many innovative products to serve our industrial customer in an innovative way.

Does Harmonizer have any mobile app? Please explain how it works and helps its customers. Yes, Harmonizer has mobile apps, some of them are open to the market, whereas few are specific to our product range. These apps provide the following benefits to its customers: • Friendly user interface

• Control, monitor and tracking operations of the electrical system through mobile applications. • Service mobile apps will assist the customer to understand the health and default of the electrical system.

Please specify the vertical in which Harmonizer has a technological edge over other players? most of our products and solutions are based on machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence technology for our customers. This is a huge technological edge over other players.

Having a global presence, where all Harmonizer has its Randd Centres? How many engineers work at the R& D Centre at present? Harmonizer has its r&d centre in bengaluru and we are planning to further increase our engineers by two times in the coming year.

In what all verticals do Harmonizer has patents so far? Does Harmonizer has any plans for applying for more patents? Kindly elaborate. Harmonizer India has patents for industry application as energy and asset management solution, intelligent switchboard and other patents are generic. most of the patents are based on IOT and machine learning technologies. So far, we have 14 patents to our credit. Harmonizer has a pipeline of patents to be filed in technologies including (AI/ ml for Industries) for the benefit of its customers.

In which all verticals do Harmonizer has plans to have tie-ups in the near future? Does Harmonizer provide any training? Please elaborate. We have plans to have tie-ups with engineering colleges for setting up of Ilabs (already have signed with a few) followed by AI, which will be key subjects for tie-ups in future. Harmonizer provides industry-oriented training on power quality, energy efficiency, machine learning/ AI, IOT solutions, big data, data science, electrical network design, data centre design/maintenance etc.

What is the projected growth of Harmonizer in next 3-5 years and how many job opportunities will it create? Harmonizer India is a fast-growing company. According to our conservative approach, Harmonizer is expected to grow by a minimum of 300 per cent in the coming three years. Accordingly, it is expected to create multiple job opportunities in diverse verticals. ■
