Google Play Store banning ‘Sugar Dating’ apps

Following a series of policy changes, google Play store is banning ‘sugar Dating’ apps from its marketplac­e starting september 1. the tech giant has announced this new ban alongside a whole bunch of changes that it published on its support page. In a statement, the Play store said that it forbids apps offering services that may “be interprete­d as providing sexual acts in exchange for compensati­on.” along with this, it is also previewing app set IDS, adding new Family

Policy requiremen­ts and improving its Enforcemen­t policy. all these new and revised policies, including ones like the permission­s policy, Device and Network abuse policy etc, will all come into effect from september 1.
