Samsung officially launched its nextgenera­tion flagship smartphone­s – Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3 in the global market.

Galaxy Z Fold 3 comes with two displays.

When you unfold the device, you will get a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED main display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Users, in its compact form, can use the secondary 6.2-inch Super AMOLED display on the outside. It runs on Android

11-based with ONEUI 3.1 designed for foldable Galaxy Z smartphone­s. There is a 5nm 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 888 chipset, paired with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB of storage. On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The cover screen measures 1.9-inch and it’s a Super AMOLED panel. The phone sports a dual-tone finish on the back and has a larger 1.9-inch external screen. It is powered by a Snapdragon 888 SOC and has 8GB of RAM + 256GB of internal storage. It runs Android 11-based ONEUI 3.1 out of the box.

As for optics, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3’s rear camera setup includes a 12-megapixel + 12megapixe­l + 12- megapixel camera. When you fold the device, you will get a 10-megapixel sensor and a 4-megapixel secondary under-display camera. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a 12-megapixel primary sensor with OIS and a 12-megapixel ultrawide shooter. It sports a 10-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

Coming to the pricing, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 will cost Rs 149,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB of internal storage variant and Rs 157,999 for the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage. Whereas the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 costs Rs 84,999 for the 8GB + 128GB option and Rs 88,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model. Both phones have a Phantom Black color option; however, Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G gets an additional Phantom Green color, and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G gets an extra Cream color.n
