Salman Khan to launch NFTS with Bollycoin

Following Amitabh Bachchan’s footsteps, the next Bollywood star to join the Nonfungible Tokens (NFT) bandwagon is Salman Khan. He has announced to launch his NFT collection with Bollycoin in December 2021. The Dabang star took to Instagram where he made the announcement of the launch of his own collection of NFTS that will be available on Bollycoin, which is a dedicated, Bollywoodthemed NFT started by filmmaker-actor Atul Agnihotri. As per the Bollycoin website, digital collectibles from the Bollywood industry will be auctioned through its platform, where Bollywood enthusiasts from around the world can own NFTS of their favourite Bollywood celebrities and films. The NFTS came into prominence after Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey decided to sell his first-ever tweet for $2.9 million in the form of an NFT.
