Spacex launches rocket carrying 48 Starlink Internet

Elon musk backed Spacex has successful­ly unveiled the first of four planned Falcon 9 rocket launches this month. It launches a Falcon 9 rocket carrying 48 Starlink Internet and two blacksky satellites as a payload from the cape canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.

“Liftoff!” Spacex announced from its official Twitter handle, featuring a video of the initial launch phase of rocket. The Falcon 9 rocket, which is partially reusable, has had its first-stage boosters launched into space as part of several missions that includes five Starlink missions. The array of Starlink satellites, which is operated by Spacex that offer low-letency Internet coverage in remote areas of several countries to participan­ts of their test program.

According to Space.com, the mission marks the second rideshare mission for blacksky. The two satellites will now join eight others to help fill out the planned constellat­ion of blacksky.■
