PMRDA build­ing 6,415 low-cost hous­ing units

The Pune Metropoli­tan Re­gion De­vel­op­ment Au­thor­ity (PMRDA) in a re­cent move will con­struct 6,415 houses un­der the af­ford­able hous­ing scheme on a pub­lic-pri­vate-part­ner­ship (PPP) model, in the first phase of the project and the seven pri­vate play­ers have been se­lected to ex­e­cute the first phase, the state‘s first PPP model in af­ford­able hous­ing seg­ment.

Re­lam rolls out $ 300-mn real es­tate plans

The Dubai-based Re­lam In­vest­ment has an­nounced its en­try into the In­dian mar­ket with an ini­tial in­vest­ment worth $300 mil­lion in the real es­tate and tech­nol­ogy sec­tors, thereby, mak­ing In­dia as its hub for in­vest­ments in South­east Asian mar­kets.

Coun­try’s real es­tate build­ing ma­jor, Lodha De­vel­op­ers an­nounced the launch of a Lodha Trin­ity, a lux­ury hous­ing project at Palava- the coun­try‘s No.1 smart city, which is strate­gi­cally lo­cated in the city‘s finest neigh­bor­hood - Lakeshore Greens of­fer­ing to build 3 ex­clu­sive tow­ers.

Luc­know goes ver­ti­cal, al­lows multi-sto­ried struc­tures

The Luc­know De­vel­op­ment Au­thor­ity Board (LDA) has re­cently re­laxed the min­i­mum limit of land re­quired to build multi-sto­ried build­ings to 150 sq mt from 300 sq mt ear­lier. The rule will ap­ply on both gov­ern­ment agen­cies and pri­vate builders, who will also have to abide by the build­ing by­laws.

Lulu Group un­veils ₹13,000 cr con­struc­tion projects

UAE-based Lulu Group In­ter­na­tional an­nounced the launch of its ₹1,800 crore Lulu Bol­gatty In­ter­na­tional Con­ven­tion Cen­tre and Grand Hy­att in Kochi, where both these projects are part of the group's ₹13,000 crore ex­pan­sion plan in In­dia in the re­tail, hos­pi­tal­ity and food pro­cess­ing sec­tors.
