Blink your eyes to unlock your Samsung Galaxy!

While the Face Unlock feature took the Samsung Galaxy owners by surprise, users constantly complained that the facial recognition feature could be fooled (and unlocked) using their photos too. Catering to this security issue, the company has added ‘blink-recognition’ to Face Unlock in a custom version of Ice Cream Sandwich for the Galaxy.

In the modi ed system, users will have to blink while they are being observed by the Face Unlock feature. This will make sure that it is not a photo but the owner of the phone who is unlocking it.
