Get the Samsung Galaxy Note with an updated OS

To make up for the delayed update, the company had promised some very interesting features for device owners, like the S Pen. And while you may still be relishing those add-ons, here comes some more delightful news for Note owners... Samsung has announced yet another upgrade for the Galaxy Note that has a few tweaks and improvements for the OS of the smartphone.

This update has a few more features that are inspired by the recently launched Samsung Galaxy SIII. Moreover, the OS version of your device will go from ICS 4.0.3 to 4.0.4. As part of this update, Samsung has added a 'Video POP-up Play' feature, which enables users to play a video while working on other apps. This will ensure that you never miss any e-mail or text message while watching your favourite video.

The second feature that needs special mention is the Signature Unlock function—you can simply sign your name using Samsung S Pen to gain access to the phone’s contents, along with the traditional PIN or Pattern Lock security features.
